For the past fourteen years, Camp Wakonda, a specialty camp supported by the Episcopal Diocese of Southern Virginia, has been dedicated to providing a camp experience to children infected or affected with HIV/AIDS. Camp Wakonda is the only camp of its type in the country offering kids a no-charge, camping opportunity supported entirely by volunteers. ODEC supports Camp Wakonda with a monetary contribution.
