Judeo-Christian Outreach Center (JCOC)
The Judeo-Christian Outreach Center (JCOC) in Virginia Beach is a homeless shelter that was established in 1986 by serving its first meals to homeless individuals. The major population served are the chronically homeless, veterans, and single men suffering from substance abuse and or mental illness.



ODEC supports this mission by serving several dinners and providing monetary support for special projects throughout the year.
