The Lenten Retreat originally planned for March 19-20, 2010 has been cancelled at this time. We are looking forward to another excellent retreat in 2011. Lenten Retreat 2010: Practicing Sabbath Friday March 19, 2010, 5:30-8:00 Saturday March 20, 2010, 10:00-2:00 A retreat opportunity for adults designed to help you observe a holy Lent and prepare for Easter. Friday March 27, 2009, 5:30-8:00 Saturday March 28, 2009, 10:00-2:00 A retreat opportunity for adults designed to help you observe a holy Lent and prepare for Easter. $5 per person donation to offset program cost Childcare available upon request. This weekend Lenten retreat will feature numerous opportunities for worship, contemplation, prayer, fellowship and learning. Program Blocks will include Lectio Divina, Centering Prayer, a Directed Examination of Conscience and more. CREATE in me a clean Heart, O God, And Renew a right spirit within me. Friday Schedule 5:30-6:00 Dinner in Tucker Hall 6:00-6:30 Welcome and Opening Meditation in Tucker Hall 6:30-7:30 Program Block 1 in Tucker Hall 7:30-8:00 Compline in the Church Saturday Schedule 10:00-10:45 Morning Prayer with a Meditation in the Church 10:45-11:45 Program Block 2 in the Church 11:30-12:30 Lunch in Tucker Hall 12:30-1:30 Program Block 3 in Tucker Hall 1:30-2:00 Noonday prayer with a Meditation in the Church This retreat will be led by Bob Randall, Elizabeth Felicetti and Ashley Scruggs.
