 THIRST... A light-hearted but lively discussion on the 2nd Thursday at 6:30 p.m. upstairs at Kelly’s Tavern, Pembroke Mall. Next THIRST: Thursday, September 9th, 6:30pm Thirst is a theological discussion group open to everyone, whether younger or older, newcomers or life-long members. Topics vary from month to month. There is no preparation required. Thirst began in the Fall of 2007 and past topics have included: The Curious Case of Father Cutie, What's so good about Good Friday?, The Best of Church and the Worst of Church, What would St. Patrick think of St. Patrick's Day?, The God Gene and many more.  |
